EVA film for photovoltaic cell encapsulation

This EVA film is specailly developed for solar panel encapsulation.  It plays the roll of connecting various components and protect them from changeable  outdoor environment damage , with strong temperature & humidity resistance and excellent anti – aging performance .

PID is the the  commonest and biggest problem during photovoltaic module encapsulation. ASQS1&ASQS2 is specially developed to overcome this problem  from the side of eva film .

Due to its excellent Anti – PID performance, its module can withstand PID testing of 194 hours with condition of – 1500 V , 85 ℃ and 85% RH.

(ASQS1 is used on the glass side and ASQS2 used on the TPT side )

Features of solar eva film

  1.  Good optical performance, which can maximize the light coming throungh.
  2.  Good  Anti – PID performance
  3.  Fast curing .  20 – 30% laminating time will be saved compared with traditional solar eva film
  4.  Less energy consuming  during lamination
